COMPARISON AND REFERENCE OF FOREIGN LAND REGISTRATION SYSTEMS

This paper dissertates the origin,functions and evolutional logic of foreign land registration systems,and fully analyzes three land registration systems including contract registration,rights registration and Torrens registration,and compares them in basic contents,major functions and registration departments,and expands their similar customs.This paper,aiming at the issues in China's land registration system,presents experiences and reference from foreign land registration systems in optimizing land registration laws system,establishing registration accountability and compensation system,and intensifying land registration in other rights.
