Some Aspects about Strengthening the Current Rural Financial System Reform

This paper presents some opinions about some aspects in deepening the current rural financial system reform, after an analysis of the situation in the rural financial system reform during the Ninth Five-year Plan, the rural economic tendency, the demand for financial service in the Tenth Five-year Plan, and the features in current economic system and some will-be phenomena in the adjustment of the rural economic structure. The author also puts forward some proposals on the problems to be solved during the reform after referring to the experience in Japan , Holland and other countries.
