Speculations on the Rural Financial Reform of China in New Stage

Rural financial problems are always the difficulties that governments have been eager to resolve in developing countries.This paper analyzes common rural financial issues in developing countries,that is,industrialized economic development strategy and the specificity of rural financial issues.And what's more,by integrating features of small-scale farming economy with those of step-by-step reform in China,the paper makes an in-depth analysis of rural financial problems in China and puts forward suggestions on solving financial problems in rural areas.
