Survey of Characteristics and Trend of Chinese Rural Financial Reform

Ever since the beginning of the new century, the great rural financial reform turns the decadency of the old system and framework and shows new reform characteristics and trend. It embodies in: in reform pattern, the organizational pattern and functional pattern co- exists; in reform path, stock reform and bulking progress develop together; in reform aim, to improve and optimize rural financial ecological environment; in reform coordinate, to develop greatly rural civilian finance; in reform effect, to transform from low-level balance to a high one. Based on this, a scientific judgment of the breakthrough and trend of future further reform of rural finance is made.
