Abstract
The difficulty in collecting real estate property management service fee has been the bottle neck of the industry.Main reasons for this problem are people's backward consumption sense about the real estate property management services;low marketability of the real estate property management;and bad quality of the services,and etc.Therefore,it is urgent to enhance publicity of real estate property management regulations,pursue the biding system,ameliorate the types of the services and improve the quality of the services.
