Abstract
The estate management plays an important role gradually in the real estate marketing and management with the fact development of the real estate market.However,as a new industry,it comes across many difficulties in the developing process.The difficulty of charging for the estate management among them is outstanding especially.This paper studies on the problem in charging for the estate management and brings forward some suggestion and countermeasures.
