Analysis on Property Right in the Service Quality of Real Estate Management

Abstract
Based on property right relationship,this paper analyzes the relationship between developers and enterises of real estate management. It proposes to standardize the enterprises of real estate management from the aspects of specifying the property rights of developers and enterprises of real estate management,reorganizing the rights of enterprises of real estate management to make them diversified,establishing reasonable harnessing mechanisms in enterprises of real estate management,in order to improve the competitiveness of the enterprises of real estate management and the service quality of real estate management.
