Micro implant anchorage in orthodontic treatment of bimaxillary protrusion in the application

Objective Micro Implant with a micro implant anchorage in orthodontic treatment of bimaxillary protrusion in the curative effect and the clinical significance.Methods 100 patients with bimaxillary protrusion were randomly divided into 50 cases in the control group(no Micro Implant Anchorage),50 cases in observation group(Micro Implant Anchorage),control group two patients after treatment,mandibular incisor margin adduction,molar advancement level and effect.Results of two groups of patients after treatment,mandibular incisor margin adduction,molar advancement level comparison(t=4.67,4.66,4.68,P0.05,with significant difference),efficacy of the two groups after treatment(χ2=4.66,4.78.4.55,P0.05 comparison,significant difference).Conclusion micro implant anchorage in orthodontic treatment of bimaxillary protrusion with the exact effect the characteristics of a good curative effect in clinic.
