Abstract
Imidacloprid residue in wheat straw was extracted with methanol in an ultrasonic bath and purified through a florisil column, detected by HPLC at 270 nm.The average recovery rate and coefficients of variation were 83.42%~96.47% and 2.95%~4.04% respectively, the detecion limits of imidacloprid was 0.001 5 mg·kg-1.These results showed that the accuracy, precision and sensitivity of the method accord with the demands of residue analysis of pesticide.
