Abstract

A method was developed to determine residue of pyribenzoxim in soil, rice straw and grain by HPLC, and its the limit of detection(LOD) and limit of quantification(LOQ) were 1×10-9 g and 0.02 mg/kg. The mean recovery and related standard deviation(RSD) of this method in soil, rice straw and grain were 86.4-90.4% and 1-8%, 80.6-89.1% and 4- 8%, 86.4-95.2% and 2-9% respectively. Therefore, it was an effective method which attained the pesticide residue analysis demands in sensitivity, accuracy and precision.
