Abstract

As the starting point of the understanding of employability,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the higher vocational college students' employability.Besides,this paper also proposes that vocational colleges should strengthen employment guidance to enhance the professional level of career guidance;deepen the school-enterprise cooperation,strengthen students' practical ability;innovate training model to enhance students' learning ability;strengthen entrepreneurship education students' awareness of innovation,so that to improve the employability of the vocational high school students.
