Abstract

Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect on Yiqijianpihuoxue prescription for treatment of Chest Bi(coronary heart disease).Methods:64 cases of outpatients with Chest Bi were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.The latter were given isosorbide 5-mononitrate,and Yiqijianpihuoxue prescription was added in the treatment group,30 days was one course of treatment,then to take statistics and observe the side effects.Results:The effective rate of 90.62% in the treatment group was apparently higher than the control group's(68.75%),with a very significant difference between the two groups(P0.05),and a lower side effect occurrence in the treatment group.Conclusion:Yiqijianpihuoxue prescription can significantly improve curative effect for treatment of Chest Bi with deficiency of qi and blood stasis.
