Objective To explore the clinical effect of rehmarinia decoction for coronary heart disease,angina.Methods From March 2009 to March 2011 records of 70 cases of coronary heart disease,angina patients were randomly divided into two groups,each group 35 examples,compared to conventional therapy,fall fat,XiaoXinTong,aspirin bowel piece of treatment,the treatment group in the control group based on the application rehmarinia decoction treatment,comparison and analysis of the two groups of therapeutic effect.Results After a course of treatment,and the control group significant efficiency was 51.4%,and the total effective rate was 85.7%.The treatment group significant efficiency was 62.9%,the total effective rate was 94.3%,the treatment group the treatment of patients effect was much better than control group,contrast had significant difference,a statistically significant(P0.05).In the control group had headaches 3 cases,nausea 2 cases in the treatment process,the treatment group had headaches 1 case,nausea 1 cases in the treatment process,The differences were no statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Rehmarinia decoction treatment of coronary heart disease,angina effect is remarkable,no bad reaction,without any side effects,and clinical application.
