Clinical Research of No.3 Chest pain Prescription Treating Chest Pain Belong to Yin Deficiency and Yang Upward Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of No.3 chest pain prescription on chest pain belongs to yin deficiency and yang upward syndrome,which is coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension disease.Methods:100 cases were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group of 50 cases was treated with No.3 chest pain prescription and the control group of 50 cases was treated with Isosorbide Dinitrate and Captopril.The medicines of two groups were both taken orally.Results:The treatment group's total effective rate was 92%,electrocardiogram effective rate was 60%,and blood pressure improved rate was 86%;while the control group's was 74%,40%,64% separately.There was significant difference between two groups' total effective rate(P0.01),and electrocardiogram and blood pressure also(P0.05).The condition of hemorheology after treatment in the treatment group was more improved than that before treatment(P0.01),and the treatment group's curative effect was better than that of the control group.Conclusion: The curative effect of No.3 chest pain prescription of TCM on chest pain belongs to yin deficiency and yang upward syndrome was marked.
