Abstract

The public hearing system of administrative decision-making is used more and more.This system can promote the democracy,make the decision more sense and scientific,enhance the transparent decision making,and ensure human rights.However,so many shortages and lacks existed in the administrative decision-making.We should improve it by theory review and system innovation.
