Shortcoming of Administrative Public-hearing System in China and the Method for Improvement

Administrative public-hearing is a procedure that the government makes a decision after having listened the statement of litigants or concerned persons.The administrative public-hearing system is one of the most important core system among the administrative procedure law,and it will make sense in ensuring the government to make an open and just decision.At present,although the administrative public-hearing system in China has being developed,lack of supervision and relief mechanism in the aspect of public-hearing range,subjects and records are still the problems we face.In this paper,some suggestions are given for how to overcome the shortcomings and improve the public-hearing system in theory and practice.
