Administrative decision-making and public participation in terms of procedural law

The 18 th CPC congress proposes scientific,democratic and legal decision-making in accordance with sound mechanisms and proper procedures.Legal decision-making is taken as the basic requirement for the administrative institutions.Strict procedures with public participation can ensure scientific and democratic decision-making.In order to curb corruption,it is inevitable to constraint administrative decision-making power of leaders,protect the public interests,introduce public participation,democratic consultation and construct a new administrative mechanism,obtain information network and build a twoway information feedback.
