Some Issues in the Implementation of State Compensation

Abstract

Compensation law has been in effect for six years,and the work of state compensation has made great progress.However,there are some issues in the implementation of the law that call for attention.The author of this paper attempts to clarify the following points:the significance of issuing such a law,the definition of state infringement,the components of state infringement,the procedure of state compensation,etc.
