Abstract
Objective To study the routine mammography imaging and breast MRI examination in breast cancer screening and early diagnosis of value and its significance. Methods From April 2011 to September 2012,the author selected 52 cases patients with breast masses to treat them with conventional X-ray molybdenum target mammography and breast MRI for inspection. Results There were statistically significant difference between Molybdenum target X ray and MRI photographic sensitivity,specificity(P 0.05). Conclusion When mammography camera can not clear the mass,MRI test has clearly results. MRI test can reduce the number of benign breast biopsy rate and operation rate,so it Should be widely used in clinical diagnosis of breast disease.
