Abstract
The production technology of β-glucosidase by liquid fermentation was studied with Aspergillus niger screened by the lab.Its optimal composition of culture medium for enzyme secretion by liquid-state fermentation was cellulose powder 4%,KNO3 3%,PEG 0.1%,and initial pH 6.5 when the cultivating condition was 25mL medium in 250mL flask,inoculating 2.5mL of 1 day of seed liquid,incubation temperature 32°C,fermentation for 5 days.This paper provides some theoretical bases for the industrial production and application of β-glucosidase.
