Abstract
An Aspergillus niger producing β-glucosidase was selected.Its medium ingredients and fermentation conditions were optimized by single factor and orthogonal experiments.The results were as follows: corncob 4.0%;yeast 1.0%;KH2PO40.4%;MgSO4 0.08%;(NH4)2SO4 0.4%;culture temperature 30℃,rotation speed 220r/min,inoculation volume 6.0%,the amount of liquid 40mL(250mL canonical flask),initial pH 5.0 and fermentation time 168 hours.Under these conditions,The activity of β-glucosidase was reach 56.96IU/mL.
