Abstract
Polysaccharide of Pleurotus Ferulae Lenzi was determined by spectrophotometry. The absorbance of sample solution was detected at 625nm with the glucose as index and anthrone-sulfuric as colorant. The standard curve was liner in the concentration range of 0.00—20.00μg/mL with correlation coefficient of 0.9995.The good recovery was 98.3%—104.5% with relative standard deviation of 2.17%(n=5).The contents of polysaccharide in Pleurotus Ferulae Lenzi was 10.57%.The results show that the method is suitable for simple, rapid and reproducible analysis of polysaccharide in Pleurotus Ferulae Lenzi.
