Abstract

The exploration and practices of Food Analysis experiment teaching were carried on,including the teaching contents,teaching methods,teaching means,examination method and professional skill.Through optimizing the teaching reform,we could improve students' enthusiasm,improve students' scientific research consciousness,enhance students' practice skills,increase achievements in scientific and technological innovation of teachers and students and obtain the good teaching effect.
