Abstract
The arrival of information age, which has brought many changes to the management of documents and archives, makes the work efficiency be improved to a great extent whether in the collection and management links or in the use and development links of archives, achieving the goal of maximizing the utilization of resources. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the management of documents and archives in electronic office environment, and puts forward the corresponding improvement schemes.
