Abstract
Electronic Archives become the important part of scientific research administration of agricultural science unit as digital form.Standardized management of electronic archives is the important symbol of improving scientific research administration.The paper analyses methods of collecting,filing,security management and using around main characters of electronic archives,and clearly points out make use of electronic archives and paper archives reasonably can strengthen utilization information resource and play a bigger role for technical innovation.
