The Archives Management in the Environment of Office Automation

History archives, an important part of archives, records the historical process of social development and objectively reflects the process and outcome of problem-handling, decision-making, construction, research and development. With the development of reform, how to improve the management level of archives to provide the file information timely, accurately and completely to meet the demand and adapt to the new situation of development is a new topic in the archives work. The paper introduces advantages and problem brought by archives management in the environment of office automation, as well as suggestions to develop archives management.
