Abstract
The single factor test and the orthogonal experimental design were carried out to optimize the extraction technology of total flavonoids from leaves of Populus canadensis Moench in this paper.The results indicated that the extraction temperature,the ratio of solvent to material and the ethanol concentration had a remarkable influence on the extraction of total flavonoids,while the extraction time had hardly influence on it.The optimal extraction technology was 50% ethanol and the ratio of solvent to material 40∶1 at the temperature of 80℃ for 60 min.The optimized technology had good reproducibility and more precision,and the average recovery was 98.92%.
