Abstract

A method based on RP-HPLC is developed to determine matrine in aqueous solution of 0.3% kushenjianxiaobojianhuangtong. The mobile phase is 0.05 mol/L Sodium dihydrogen phosphate/acetonitrile/methanol/water (930/50/20/20=V/V/V/W) and the detection wave-length is at 205 nm. The standard curve shows good linearity over the range of 0.376~2.256μg (r=0.99997) . The average recovery is 98.25%, the coefficient of variation technical is 1.01%.
