Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the content determination of matrine in Kangbingdu oral liquid. METHODS: Chloroform and ammonia were used for extraction, and HPLC method was used for the content determination. Eclipse XDB-C18 column was used with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-phosphate buffer (pH 6.8, V/V=25 ∶ 75) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. The injection volume was 10 μL. The detection wavelength was set at 210 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃. RESULTS: Matrine showed a good linear relationship within the range of 0.009~0.18 mg·mL-1(r=0.999 6) and the average recoveries were 100.89%,RSD=0.497%. CONCLUSION: The method is accurate, sensitive and reproducible. It can be used for the content determination of matrine and the quality control of Kangbingdu oral liquid.
