Abstract
Adipic acid was synthesized under ultrasonic irradiation using cyclohexene and potassium permanganate. The effect of materials ratio, phase transfer catalyst amount and reaction temperature on the yield of adipic acid was investigated. The optimum reaction conditions were as follows:the temperature was 40℃,cetyltrimethylammonium bromide amount was 2%,the power of ultrasonic was 80W,and the reaction time was 4h.The yield of adipic acid reached 41.1% which was 2.1times higher than that from the ordinary method.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
