Clinical application on the hemodialysis and hemoperfusion for acute intoxication combined with acute renal failure

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of hemodialysis and hemoperfusion for acute intoxication combined with acute renal failure.Methods: 82 patients of acute intoxication with acute renal failure admitted to hospital were randomly divided into two groups,each 41 patients.The control group was only given the hemodialysis treatment,the treatment group was given hemodialysis and hemoperfusion.The clinical effect and biochemical changes of the two groups before and after treatment were observed.Results: The clinical effects of the control group was significantly lower than that of the treatment group(P0.05),and the biochemical changes of the treatment group was significantly higher(P0.05).Conclusion: There is a significant clinical effect of hemodialysis and hemoperfusion for acute intoxication combined with acute renal failure.
