Clinical Observation and Nursing of Renal Failure Treated by Hemoperfusion and Hemodialysis

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effects and nursing scheme of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis in the treatment of acute and chronic renal failure.Methods The data of treatment and nursing of27cases with acute and chronic renal failure treated with hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis was analyzed retrospectively.Results The skin scratch,cardiovascular function,blood pressure,appetite and sleeping were improved in various degrees in all cases after the treatment by hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis.Conclusions The treatment by hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis is one of the best substitutive therapy methods for renal failure.
