Clinical value research on Dengzhanhuasu injection in treatment of elderly patients with cerebral infarction

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical value about Dengzhanhuasu injection for treatment of elderly patients with cerebral infarction.Methods Totally 76 cases of elderly cerebral infarction patients admitted to hospital from March2010 to September 2011 were randomly divided into two groups,control group(n=38) and treatment group(n=38).The control group was treated with sodium ozagrel only,but the treatment group was also treated with Dengzhanhuasu injection.The clinical effects,the score of NIHSS,and the changes of hemorheology in two groups were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(P0.05);The score of NIHSS after treated two to six weeks in the treatment group were significantly lower than those the control group(P0.05);The index value of ηb,ηp,Fbg,EAI,EDI after treated in the treatment group were significantly better than those the control group(P0.05).Conclusions There is a significant clinical effect of Dengzhanhuasu injection in the treatment of elderly patients with cerebral infarction.
