Abstract
Objective To provide effective basis for clinical treatment through observation and analysis of clinical efficacy of the elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction treated with aspirin and thrombus. Methods 200 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in the hospital from March 2012 to March 2015 were studied and randomly divided into study group and control group with 100 cases in each. Both of the two groups were given conventional treatment after admission and the control group were treated with Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets oral therapy on the basis of the conventional treatment., the patients in the study group were treated with the combination of thrombus on the basis of the treatment of the control group. Both of the two groups were treated with 14 d continuously the therapeutic effect and the changes of neurological deficit(NIHSS) score of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The NIHSS score of the two groups treated with 7d and 14 d was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference of the study group between 7d and 14 dwas more significant, which were statistically significant(P 0.05). The total effective rate of the study group was97.5% and the control group was 87.5%, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05), the differences above were statistically significant. Conclusion The combination of aspirin and thrombus in the treatment of elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction has a good clinical value, which can improve the treatment effect of patients and improve the neurological function defect of patients.
