Abstract

Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of sodium ozagrel on treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 62 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 31 cases in each group. Patients of the control group were treated with aspirin on the basis of conventional therapy, while patients of treatment group were given sodium ozagrel on the basis of the control group, the two groups are after neurological deficit scores and clinical efficacy evaluation were carried out after continuous therapy of two weeks. Results After two weeks of treatment, integral nerve function defect score of the treatment group treatment was significantly lower that of pre-treatment, and neurological deficit scores of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group with statistically significance(P0.01 or P0.05); The cure rate and total efficiency of the treatment group were 41.94% and 93.55% respectively; cure rate and the total efficiency of the control group were 25.81% and 77.42% respectively. There difference between the two group was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion Ozagrel sodium can significantly improve neurological function in patients with acute cerebral infarction, with clinical efficacy, which is worthy of wide apply.
