Abstract

Objective To evaluate the application of tension-free herniorrhaphy for incisional hernia.Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 38 cases with abdominal incisional hernia underwent tension-free herniorrhaphy in the third people's hospital of Luoyang from October 2002 to May 2010.Results All cases recovered without severe complication,there was no recurrence in the duration of follow-up ranged form 6 months to 36 months.Conclusion Tension-free herniorrhaphy is the first choice for abdominal incisional hernia.
