Abstract

The activity change of POD, PPO and SOD of two genotypesoilseed rape and pakchoiwith different tolerance to Cd toxicity was studied under different Cd concentrations with pot cultivation experiment. The results indicated that the activity of SOD and POD rose with the intension of stress increasing in some range. The activity of PPO submitted obviously rasing trend with external Cd levels. Three enzymes showed various extent positive protect function, whose activity change wasaccordance to the tolerancetoCd. This indicated the keeping and raising of the activity of POD,PPO and SOD was one of the foundation of the tolerance to Cd stress.
