Abstract
The activity change of POD,PPO and SOD of two varieties of pakchoi with different tolerance to Cd toxicity was studied under different Cd concentrations with pot cultivation experiment.The results indicated that the activity of SOD and POD rose with the increasing of stress intension in some range.The activity of PPO submitted obviously rising trend with external Cd levels.Three enzymes showed positive protect function at different extent,in accordance with the tolerance to Cd.This indicated that the activity change of POD,PPO and SOD was the foundation of the tolerance to Cd stress.
