Abstract
The effect of different extender pH(5.5,6.0,6.5,7.0,7.5) and different balance time(10,20,30,40,50,60,70,80,90 min)of Glycerin on the motility of frozen sperm of Tibetan Mastiff in their reproduction season(Sep-Dec) was studied in the experiment. The results showed that the motility of sperm was higher in ph 6.5 extender than in the others in the condition of 4℃.The balance time of glycerin affected the motility of sperm greatly, and the balance time of 20 min was better for motility of frozen sperm than that of others.
