Abstract
The semen from six males of Tibetan Mastiff was used to investigate the effect of different extender pH(5.5、6.0、6.5、7.0、7.5) and different equilibrium time with glycerol(10 min、20 min、30 min、40 min、50 min、60 min、70 min、80 min、9 0min)on the the motility of frozen spermi. The result indicated that there were higher motility in pH 6.5 extender than others in the condition of 4 ℃ and frozen. The equilibrium time of glycerol affected the sperm motility greatly, and the 20min equlibrium had a better motility than others.
