Abstract
An indirect time-resolved fluoroimmunoassay(TRFIA) for thyrogloblin antibody(TgAb) was established and its clinical application was evaluated. The Tg antigen was coated on the 96 well plates.A rabbit anti-human IgG-Eu3+ was used to enable detection.Serum TgAb level was detected with the kit by TRFIA.Assay sensitivity was 1.0 IU/ml.Intrassay coefficient of variation was 3.1%~3.6%.Interassay coefficient of variation was 3.3%~3.6%.Average recovery was 101.6%.The kit was stable.Correlation coefficient with TgAb ECLIA was 0.8945.The results were highly relevant to clinical, which indicated that the indirect TRFIA for TgAb detection in serum is a sensitive and reliable assay, and would be helpful to clinical diagnose for thyroid diseases.
