Abstract
Objective To observe Clinical curative effect and security of Neurodermatitis treatment by Ganshi Qingdai Ointment. Methods Multi-center, randomized, double-blind, double-simulation, positive-controlled, parallel group trial methods was adopted. We divided 334 cases of Syndrome of Liver depression transforming into fire into treatment group and control group while each group had 167 case by random. Treatment group used Ganshi Qingdai Ointment and Hydrocortisone butyrate cream placebo while control group used Hydrocortisone butyrate cream and Ganshi Qingdai Ointment placebo, took twice everyday and treatment course was 14 days. We observed symptoms and evaluated curative effect before treatment,7days after treatment,14days after treatment and 14 days after stopping treatment. Results The treatment group of per-protocol set (PPS) has 141 cases, and its total effective rate was 76.6%. The control group of PPS has 140 cases and its total effective rate was 75.0%. Two groups had no statistical significance in clinical comprehensive effect by chi-square analysis. In aspects of lesion area, lesion shape and itching ,two groups had no statistical significance by analysis of variance of two-way randomized block design. Conclusion Treatment of neurodermatitis of liver-fire syndrome by Ganshi Qingdai Ointment was effective and safe, and clincal effect of Ganshi Qingdai Ointment as well as Hydrocortisone butyrate cream.
