Clininal Observation of the Treatment of Binghuangfule Cream on 48 Coses Neurodermatitis

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Binghuangfule cream in the treatment of neurodermatitis.Methods A randomized,parallel comparative clinical observation was performed in 100 patients with neurodermatitis.They were divided into two groups.The experimental group of 50 cases was treated with Binghuangfule cream was wed for bath,and the control group of 50 cases was treated with hydrocortisone butyrate and cetirizine.The treatment course in both groups lasted 2 weeks.Results 2 cases in the experimental group and 1 case in the contrat group were lost to follow-up.The total effective rate was 83.33% in the experimental group and 85.71% in the control group.The total effective rate(P=0.746),as well as those side effect rate was no significant difference between the two groups(P=0.646).Conc1usion It is effective and safety for Binghuangfule cream in the treatment of neurodermatitis, with equivalent efficacy of hydrocortisone butyrate.
