The Basic Theoretical Analysis of University Talent Cultivation in the Perspective of Mode

Abstract

Talent cultivation problems are the fundamental problem of the higher education and the key to the education and teaching reform.Reflection on talent cultivation problems by mode thoughts,it woud generate the theory of the talent cultivation mode.Based on the investigation of mode thoughts and reference for the academic achievement,we have combed and analyzed the connotations,elements,essence,characteristics and function of the talent cultivation mode from multiple persperctives,in order to enrich the theory of university talent cultivation and to better guide the practice.
