Abstract

Talent cultivation is the primary task of higher education institutions.The Plan Outline for Medium and Long Term Education Reform and Development(Consultative Paper) puts forward a series of important strategic ideas and major measures for the talent cultivation in higher education institutions,which has important guidance meaning to improve the quality of talent cultivation.One of the main factors that affect the quality of talent cultivation is the mode of talent cultivation.The Plan Outline especially stresses on upgrading the idea of talent cultivation,but more on innovating the mode of talent cultivation.The paper selects the practice and exploration of innovative talent cultivation in fi ve higher education institutions to serve the reader.
