Abstract
According to reality of Fujian University of Technology, the another put forard the accordance of construction mode of talent cultivation, destined the goal and standard of talent cultivation, analyzed the quality, ability, knowlege frame of engineering application talent, and provide dcomprehensive program of talent cultivation, and introduced briefly measuring link of the students comprehensive quality and work flow of talent cultivation.
