Abstract
In order to study the optimal process of the extraction of total alkaloids from lotus leaves with microwave assistanting method, the signal factor experiment and orthoganal experiment were carried out to investigate that the different factors affect the yield of extracts. The results showed that the optimal conditions for extraction were summarized,pH 2.5 HCl,microwave with 765 W radiation time for 2.5 min ,ratios of material to solvent 1∶40(g/mL),extracting time for 3 h.The content of total alkaloid from lotus leaves is 175.95 μg/g which is the same with heating and refluxing extracting time for 6 h or Soxhlet's extracting time for 10.5 h.So the microwave assistant extraction can extract more total alkaloids from lotus leaves in shorter time with less energy.
