Abstract
The extraction and purification of alkaloids from lotus leaves. The factors affecting the extracting yields such as solvent, temperature, the time of extraction, and the extracting times have been studied experimentally. The optimum extraction process was selected with the orthogonal design. The experiment shows that the optimal result of extraction is obtained when 90 % alcohol and solution(1∶15 and 1∶10) are used each once in extraction at 90 ℃,and each extraction lasts 2 h,filtrate is separated by D106 type B.H adsorptive resin, cleansed by alcohol(1~2 mL/min),in this way the extraction ratio was 94.6%,the yield could attain 23.83 mg/20 g,the purity exceeded 93.12%.
