Abstract
The extraction technology of alkaloids from lotus plumule was studied.Microwave-assisted extracting was used to extract total alkaloids from lotus plumule. The extraction technologies were optimized by single factors orthogonal test. The importance decreasing order of the four process conditions affected alkaloids extraction was microwave power, microwave time,material/liquid ratio, and ethanol volume fraction. The results showed that the optimum conditions were: microwave treatment time was 5min,ratio of solid to solvent was 1:30(g/mL),microwave power was 400W,and ethanol volume fraction was 65%.The extraction rate of total alkaloids was 2.9873% under optimal extraction conditions.
