Exploration on develop ing the common value outlook in China Telecom

After several years' reform,the market competition of the telecom service changes a lot and the competition is hot.The telecom charge lowers rapidly and the profit space becomes smaller and smaller.China Telecom has already been in a little-profit age.To study the enterprise's competitive ability has become an important strategy subject for the telecom operating company.This paper explores the problem from moulding the common value outlook of the China Telecom.
